Christopher W. St. Marie focuses his practice on business litigation and complex commercial disputes, and is experienced in counseling clients on a wide variety of disputes, including breach of contract, business tort and negligence claims, insurance coverage issues, real estate and construction litigation, general construction disputes, patent infringement, franchise disputes, and claims for the return of stolen or illegally exported art.  He is fully involved in all aspects of case development and trial preparation, arguing motions, engaging in mediation, and taking and defending depositions in state and federal proceedings, with extensive experience drafting briefs, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
