Primary Practices

Mary E. Dennison works closely with business owners, individuals and organizations as a member of Hahn Loeser’s Labor & Employment practice area in the Firm’s Cleveland office. Mary guides clients through a variety of legal issues, including employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, Worker’s Compensation, business formation and business operating agreements.

Mary also has professional problem-solving experience in commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, warranty law, product liability and personal injury law. While completing her law degree, Mary served as a judicial extern to Justice R. Patrick DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
