Nevenka S. Whitworth is a senior litigation paralegal in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office. She is highly involved with all aspects of litigation, from drafting legal documents, analyzing factual data, preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations/arbitrations and trials, to the coordination of appellate matters and enforcing judgments. Nevenka initiated and co-authored the firm’s collection on judgments manual.

Nevenka manages relations with national and international outside vendors for assistance with all stages of litigation, including extensive electronic discovery reviews and assignments unique to class action cases. She prepares, implements, and supports all facets of trial presentation and has experience with several trial presentation software programs. Nevenka works with attorneys in planning, creating, and implementing mock jury trials, as well as serving as a moderator for mock jury trials. Following both mock trials and trials, she conducts juror debriefing.

Additionally, Nevenka’s responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, and supervising of contract attorneys, paralegals, clerks, assistants, and temporary help. Nevenka facilitated the establishment of Hahn Loeser’s San Diego office in 2012, and returned to the firm’s Cleveland office in 2018.
