Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to announce that nationally recognized construction attorneys Andrew J. Natale and Aaron S. Evenchik have joined the firm’s Construction Team effective October 30, 2017. Both Natale and Evenchik’s practices are devoted to construction and they represent general contractors, design/builders, subcontractors, developers, owners, specialty trades, suppliers, manufacturers, lenders and design professionals in all aspects of construction law.
Natale has achieved the highest ranking – Band 1 – in Construction Law in Ohio by Chambers USA® and has been named the 2017 Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Construction in Cleveland. Natale has served as the Chair of Frantz Ward LLP’s Construction Practice Group and was a Founding Partner of that firm. Evenchik also joins Hahn Loeser from Frantz Ward, where he focused his practice on construction and real estate law focusing both on transactional law and litigation. Evenchik was named as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers (2013 – 2016).

Natale received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1989 and his B.A. from the University of Dayton in 1986. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Forum on Construction Industry-Panel Member; a member of the Construction Employer’s Association; a member of the Ohio Contractors Association; and a member of the Surety Association of Ohio.
Evenchik received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2001 and his B.S. from The Ohio State University in Civil Engineering in 1998. Evenchik is Chairman of the Developers Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland.
