James L. Holloway is Of Counsel in Hahn Loeser’s Fort Myers office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, where he works on complex commercial litigation disputes. He handles cases throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions.
James’s experience spans both state and federal court, including actions involving workers compensation, premises liability, eminent domain and code enforcement matters.
