Drdek presented award certificates and lapel pins to Gleason, Wright, Heffner and Douglas during a Boss’s Day luncheon at Hahn Loeser’s San Diego office.
ESGR, a Department of Defense program, seeks to foster a culture where American employers support and value the military service of their employees. The Patriotic Employer Award is presented to employers who go above and beyond in assisting their Reserve and National Guard employees, ensuring that they can fulfill their military commitments while maintaining their civilian careers.
