CLEVELAND (September 7, 2023) – Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP welcomes Benjamin J. Horvath to its Cleveland office as an associate in its Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. Horvath will focus on business and commercial disputes and construction litigation.

Ben will play a pivotal role in the ongoing expansion of our Construction team.”
Serving as an attorney in Northeast Ohio since 2021, Horvath has represented and advised individuals, small businesses, and companies on a diverse area of litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Ohio. He was recently recognized in the 30th Edition of The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. Horvath is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association.
Horvath is currently a Captain in the US Army and has served since 2013 on both Active Duty and in the Reserves. During his military career, he commanded a military police company of over 150 soldiers and served second in command of a military police battalion of over 450 soldiers. He was recently selected to become a Judge Advocate in the Army Reserves. Currently, Horvath serves as a Judge Advocate in a legal operations detachment where he provides part-time legal support to commanders and soldiers.
Horvath earned his J.D. and graduated magna cum laude in 2021 from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team. He received a B.A. in criminal justice and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mount Union in 2013.
