Primary Practices

Bryan W. Evans is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, where he works on complex commercial litigation disputes. He handles cases throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions.

Bryan’s experience spans both state and federal court, including actions involving both civil and criminal issues. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Bryan was as a judicial law clerk to Judge J. Philip Calabrese at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Bryan also serves in the reserve component of the U.S. Army JAG Corps with the rank of Captain and is currently with the 9th Legal Operations Detachment.
