Fabianna R. Pergolizzi

Fabianna R. Pergolizzi is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Naples office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, where she works on complex commercial litigation disputes. She handles cases throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, researching and drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions and attending hearings, arbitration, mediation and trial.

While managing her cases from the inception of a lawsuit through trial, Fabianna makes it a priority to evaluate all cost-effective and efficient manners to achieve the best results for her clients. Fabianna is dedicated to providing her clients with comprehensive analysis and reliable legal advice in deciding how to protect their varied interests.

Fabianna serves as a Committee Member to Hahn Loeser’s Diversity and Inclusion Program, where she focuses on boosting diversity, equity and inclusion within integral activities within the firm. She also founded Hahn Loeser’s Social Committee in Naples, Florida, which organizes and hosts social and philanthropic events in the Southwest region with the firm’s members.

Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Fabianna worked at White and Williams LLP where she represented large self-insured companies, insurance companies and injured workers in underlying complex personal injury and workers’ compensation subrogation actions. She has appeared in numerous depositions, arbitrations, ADRs (alternative dispute resolutions), motion hearings, conferences and related trial matters.

Fabianna also interned with the Honorable Rayford A. Means of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the general counsel’s office of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority.
