Hahn Loeser Elects Six New Partners

It is with great pleasure that Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP announces that six attorneys have been elected to Partnership, effective Jan. 1, 2023. The attorneys are:

Eckenrode represents clients in business litigation matters including healthcare litigation, disputes over complex commercial transactions, fraud, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights. He also represents clients in employment matters involving enforcement of non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and employer-side defense of discrimination charges both in court and before federal and state agencies. He began his career as a summer associate at the Firm in 2007. Eckenrode earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2008, and practiced in the Firm’s Columbus office from 2008-2015. Following a six-year stint as the General Counsel for a Cleveland-based manufacturing company, Eckenrode returned to the Firm in 2021 and now practices from the Firm’s Cleveland office.

Grashoff focuses his practice on construction law, managing all stages of the construction process from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. He is also an experienced commercial litigator, including counseling  clients in the areas of cryptocurrency, insurance coverage, and the appellate process. Grashoff earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2013 and joined the Firm in 2017. He practices from the Firm’s Cleveland office.

Holloway practices in the areas of litigation and local government law, and represents municipalities, local governments, and private clients in matters relating to land use, permitting, code enforcement, and eminent domain. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he served as Assistant County Attorney, Lee County Attorney’s Office and as a staff attorney for the school district of Lee County. Holloway earned his J.D. from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2007. He practices from the Firm’s Fort Myers office.

Rose is a member of the real estate and construction practices, focusing on real estate transaction work such as leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, construction contracts, and easements, as well as real estate and construction related litigation, spanning issues such as construction defects, project claims management, tax appeals, land use and zoning, and breach of contract actions. Rose earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2014 and joined the Firm in 2020.  She practices from the Firm’s Cleveland office.

Wise, a member of the Litigation and Construction practice groups, represents clients in both the private and public sectors. She focuses on commercial litigation, guardianships, probate litigation and also counsels insureds through all aspects of insurance coverage matters including, but not limited to, first-party property, Commercial General Liability, Builders Risk, and Errors and Omissions coverage. She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2013 and practices from the Firm’s Naples office.

Yarnell is a member of the Firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation group, specializing in appellate advocacy and insurance recovery services. She represents clients in business disputes in state and federal courts across the country, and guides clients through trial, arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and the appeals process. Yarnell is noted for her clear and accessible written advocacy in even the most complex cases. She earned her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2014, and clerked for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Yarnell practices from the Firm’s Columbus office.
