Ethan J. Peters focuses his legal practice on intellectual property matters. As an attorney in Hahn Loeser’s Intellectual Property Practice Area, Ethan provides strategic advice to clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues and works closely with clients on the acquisition, utilization, and enforcement of all types of intellectual property.
Ethan’s practice includes preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications. Ethan drafts patent and trademark opinions; helps manage clients’ intellectual property portfolios; consults clients on trade secret issues; and drafts and negotiates licensing and technology transfer agreements. Ethan also advocates for clients in intellectual property litigation matters in court, as well as in proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Trial and Appeal Boards.
