Ethan J. Peters counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues and works closely with clients on the acquisition, utilization, and enforcement of intellectual property. Ethan’s practice includes researching patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright matters. He also drafts patent and trademark clearance opinions; prepares and prosecutes patent, trademark, and copyright applications; manages intellectual property portfolios; drafts and negotiates licensing and technology transfer agreements; and represents clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters.
