Primary Practices

As an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Litigation Practice Area, Meredith A. McBride represents clients in eminent domain and complex commercial litigation. Within her litigation practice, Meredith has developed a specialized knowledge of eminent domain law. Meredith leverages her knowledge of government and construction regulations to guide clients through eminent domain proceedings, from the initial acquisition phase through litigation. In addition to her eminent domain practice, Meredith represents clients in commercial and equipment/loan enforcement, creditors’ rights and collections litigation.

Meredith is involved in cases through all stages of litigation, including legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and discovery. She also has experience drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.

Meredith has been serving her community as an active volunteer and nonprofit employee since receiving her undergraduate degree in 2006. She first worked in Fort Myers at the Senior Friendship Center as a case manager and later at the Area Agency on Aging as a department manager.
