Recently, the Hahn Loeser Mergers and Acquisitions team led by Partner Benjamin A. Cooke, executed a transaction for Webster Industries, Inc., an ESOP-owned manufacturing company in Tiffin, Ohio. Associates James P. Oliver and Kelsey R. Holmberg supported the entire transaction team. The M&A team was assisted by Partner Jeffrey M. Folkman (ESOP/Tax), Partner Steven E.
