Katherine R. Ham is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area with a focus on estate and succession planning and estate and trust administration. As part of her practice, Katherine counsels executors and trustees on fiduciary duties, drafts and administers sophisticated estate planning instruments to achieve a client’s wealth transfer goals and prepares federal estate and gift tax returns.
