Katherine R. Ham Joins Hahn Loeser & Parks Cleveland

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to announce the addition of Katherine R. Ham, who joined the Cleveland office as an associate in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group, one of the largest in Northeast Ohio.

“We are very excited to welcome Katherine to our growing team,” remarked Cleveland Office Trusts and Estates Practice Group Chair Christina D’Eramo Evans. “She brings knowledge in estate planning and wealth transfer and preservation and enthusiasm for the Trusts and Estates practice that will benefit our team and our clients.”

Ham counsels executors and trustees on fiduciary duties, drafts and administers sophisticated estate planning instruments to achieve a client’s wealth transfer goals, and prepares federal estate and gift tax returns. Admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Florida, Ham will work closely with the Firm’s Cleveland and Naples offices.

Earning her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ham graduated cum laude in 2022, where she was a Vattel International Scholar. Ham earned her B.A. from Malone University, graduating summa cum laude in 2016.

Ham served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Milton and Charlotte Kramer Law Clinic. Ham also worked as a Summer Associate and Law Student Volunteer for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
