Adam C. Sims is an associate in the Columbus office where he assists clients in litigation matters. Adam handles cases at all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, researching, drafting pleadings and motions, and appellate work. His litigation experience includes business and commercial, real estate, landlord/tenant, and professional malpractice. Adam also has experience in construction liens, leases, employment agreements, sales of small businesses, and other general contract matters.
