Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP Congratulates Naples Attorney Kyle T. Mordew on Admission to Florida Bar

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce associate Kyle T. Mordew has been admitted to the Florida Bar.  Mordew will practice in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Area in the firm’s Naples office.

Mordew, who had been admitted to practice law in Ohio since 2016, joined Hahn Loeser as a law clerk in June 2019 while he was preparing to take the Florida Bar Exam. 

“Kyle has been a tremendous addition to the firm,” said Mark R. Klym, partner-in-charge of the firm’s Naples office. “We are proud to have him as a valued member of our growing trusts and estates practice.”

Mordew has extensive experience drafting advanced estate planning documents like spousal lifetime access trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts, family limited partnerships, and domestic asset protection trusts. Mordew also has experience administering complex trusts and estates and preparing federal estate and gift tax returns.

 Before arriving at Hahn Loeser, Mordew served as an associate with Schneider Smeltz Speith Bell LLP and Pappas Gibson LLC in Ohio. Mordew received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.

Mordew is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Asset Protection Planning Committee of the American Bar Association.
