Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Dunkley joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the firm’s growing Litigation Practice Area.
Dunkley has practiced in both federal and state courts in the United States and Australia in a number of areas, including regulatory disputes, tax prosecutions, international arbitration, class actions, construction litigation, insolvency defense, general contract disputes and securities/shareholder actions.
“Sarah is a very accomplished litigation attorney, who has helped clients around the world,” remarked Steven Feldman, Partner-in-Charge of the Chicago office. “We’re delighted to bring in someone with such a valuable and versatile skillset to continue our expansion in the Chicago market.”
Dunkley’s career in litigation includes experience as an associate and senior associate with two large international firms in Australia and most recently with a boutique law firm in Chicago, where she helped secure a $32 million malpractice jury verdict for a Cleveland-based technology client, one of the largest legal malpractice verdicts in Ohio. Dunkley also spent two years as clerk to the Honorable Justice Michael Murray of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Dunkley earned her LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014. She received both an LL.B. and a B.A. in 2009 from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia.
