Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew J. Wozniak, who joined the Naples office as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Wozniak’s practice focuses on commercial and residential foreclosures and workouts, creditors and debtor law, construction defect litigation, condominium and homeowner association disputes, real estate litigation, and probate and trust litigation matters.
“Andrew has over 15 years of experience as a litigator in Southwest Florida representing clients in a wide variety of matters including real estate, construction law, trusts and estates and business disputes. Wozniak has served his business clients in a variety of areas of litigation in Naples since 2006. During that time, he was named to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars® list in six consecutive years. Wozniak also served as a judicial law clerk in Pennsylvania for three years with multiple judges.
A member of the Florida Bar Association and the Collier County Bar Association, Wozniak earned his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2003. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton in 2000, graduating magna cum laude.
