John Paul Bratcher focuses his legal practice in the area of advanced estate planning, probate and trust administration. He has extensive experience in all areas of estate and gift planning including complex planning structures and advanced tax planning strategies. John Paul also has a considerable amount of experience with administering estates of high net worth decedents, trust administration and obtaining post mortem tax savings for estates and beneficiaries. He also represents clients in formation of tax-exempt organizations and receipt of tax exemptions from IRS.
