John Paul Bratcher focuses his legal practice in the area of estate planning and probate. He has extensive experience in all areas of estate and gift tax planning from client intake through drafting and implementation. John Paul also has experience with judicial modification and settlement of trusts, including the drafting of pleadings and settlement negotiations.
John Paul also provides expertise in administering estates of high net worth decedents and preparing estate tax returns and probate documents. He represents clients in formation of tax-exempt organizations and receipt of tax exemptions from IRS.
