Patricia Leichenko

Associate Patricia Leichenko concentrates her practice in the area of general and special needs estate planning as well as guardianship.

Patricia began practicing law in New York City. She served as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society Juvenile Rights Division. In addition, for several she served years as an Assistant Public Defender with the Office of the Cook County Public Defender. She is also a published author in various legal publications on topics including tort and health law.

In 2018, Patricia became an associate with Spain, Spain & Varnet P.C., which joined Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP in 2022. Patricia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and earned her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
