Diana A. Roth is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates and Litigation Practice Groups. She began working with Hahn Loeser in 2024 as a summer associate and has since been admitted to practice law in Florida.

Maintaining a focus on Trusts and Estates, Diana drafts estate planning instruments such as wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney to help achieve a client’s goals. She has also performed litigation research and drafted accompanying motions.

Diana is Double ‘Cane, receiving both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Miami. As an undergraduate, Diana made contributions at various law firms, including several non-profit initiatives. While at the University of Miami School of Law, she was a Staff Editor for the Inter-American Law Review and interned with Miami’s Immigration Clinic, which advocates for individuals with complex immigration proceedings, including asylum-based petitions.
