Cheryl Mosback

Cheryl Mosback serves as Hahn Loeser’s first Estate Planning and Business Succession Practice Group Manager, following her promotion in September 2022. She collaborates with the Practice Group’s 30 attorneys and 11 dedicated paralegals across the Firm’s offices in Ohio, California, Illinois, and Florida and leads and mentors their assistants to improve practices, protocols, and conventions within the practice group.

Cheryl brings 20 years of technical, organizational, and intimate client interaction experience to her role, gained from working closely with Hahn Loeser’s award-winning Estate Planning attorneys who counsel clients to develop comprehensive plans for the management of assets during life, the protection of assets in the event of disability, and the tax-efficient transfer of wealth at death. Cheryl will assist with the continued expansion of the Group and its sophisticated services, monitoring and managing both billing and workflow matters, addressing client questions and needs as they arise, and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiencies within the practice group.
