Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP announced that Andrew J. Krause, Jeanne L. Seewald and Theodore L. Tripp Jr., have been selected to the 2018 Florida Super Lawyers list. Additionally, Joel W. Hyatt and Allison B. Christensen were selected for inclusion in the 2018 Florida Rising Stars list, a designation in the Super Lawyers’ publication.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The list of Super Lawyers represents no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state, and the list of Rising Stars (attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less) represents no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.

Krause is earning Super Lawyers recognition for the 13th consecutive year and has 36 years of experience as a trusts and estates lawyer. Krause, a partner in the firm’s Naples office, focuses his practice on family wealth transfer planning, estate and trust settlement and administration.

Seewald, who serves as a member of Hahn Loeser’s Board of Directors and focuses her practice on intellectual property, general business, and mergers and acquisitions, is earning Super Lawyers honors for the 12th consecutive year. Of the 105,000 licensed attorneys in Florida, Jeanne is one of only 138 Florida attorneys who are board certified in intellectual property law. Seewald, who practices in the firm’s Naples office, has also been named a “Top 50 Women” Florida Super Lawyer in 2012 and 2013. With more than four decades of experience handling a wide range of complex civil lawsuits in both state and federal courts, Tripp earns the Super Lawyers nod for the 13th straight year. Tripp, a partner in the firm’s Fort Myers office, has acted as lead trial counsel in significant business disputes, probate, trust and other litigation matters.

Hyatt, an associate in the Fort Myers office, has been listed on the Rising Stars list for the second consecutive year. He focuses his practice on complex commercial, construction, real estate and community association litigation. Hyatt provides clients with legal and business advice regarding business transactions, as well as commercial and real estate contracts.

Earning her first appearance on the Rising Star list, Christensen is a partner in the firm’s Naples office where she concentrates her practice in litigation.  She provides strategic counseling and legal advice on a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, real estate and construction contracts, business transactions, business torts, business disputes, will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, guardianship litigation and appeals.
