Bryan Evans Joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP in Cleveland Office

CLEVELAND (September 22, 2021) – Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Bryan W. Evans joined the Cleveland office as an Associate attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Area.

“Bryan brings a diverse perspective to our litigation team,” remarked Craig Owen White, Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Cleveland office. “His experience working as both a staff attorney for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court, combined with his JAG Corps experience with the Army as well as his experience as a private practice litigator offers our clients a very unique skillset.”

Evans handles all phases of complex commercial litigation disputes, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions. He has been involved in both civil and criminal issues, working cases in both state and federal court.

Evans began practicing at a mid-size law firm, before becoming a sole proprietor. He has been a staff attorney in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and a judicial law clerk in U.S. District Court. Evans also serves in the reserve component of the U.S. Army JAG Corps with the rank of Captain in the 9th Legal Operations Detachment.

Evans earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2014. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Ohio University in 2009 and an M.A. in Religious Studies from John Carroll University in 2011.
