Hahn Loeser Partner Dana Marie DeCapite joined Amy Keating of Zashin Law as speakers at the Ohio State Bar Association’s annual Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Institute for “‘Til Death or Divorce Do Us Part: Estate and Divorce Planning for the Affluent Family.” The all-day event in Columbus also featured legislative, regulatory and case law updates and topics such as business succession planning and finalization of irrevocable trust administration.
