Taylor (Smoske) Carlucci Joins Hahn Loeser & Parks Cleveland

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Taylor D. Carlucci (née Smoske), has joined one of the largest Trusts and Estates Practice Groups in Northeast Ohio, as an associate in the Firm’s Cleveland office.

Licensed in both Ohio and New York, Carlucci focuses on probate and fiduciary litigation, estate and trust administration, and estate planning. She has administered both probate and non-probate assets, and estates throughout Northeast Ohio. Carlucci counsels clients, whether fiduciaries or beneficiaries, through the probate process to ensure a timely and transparent administration.

Carlucci has handled adversarial probate matters, including contested trust and estate administrations, will and trust contests based on claims undue influence, lack of capacity, duress, and fraud, fiduciary litigation and breaches of fiduciary duty. She has prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of her clients and counsels them in early stages of trust and estate administration to avoid litigation amongst family members.

Earning her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2019, Carlucci served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she studied political science and economics. Carlucci remains engaged in Cleveland’s legal community through speaking engagements and memberships in numerous Bar Associations and professional organizations.
