Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Shayan Shirkhodai has joined the firm’s San Diego office as a litigation associate. Shirkhodai represents national and regional businesses in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, guiding clients through all stages of litigation.
“We are excited to welcome Shayan to our Litigation team,” said San Diego Partner-in-Charge Jim Heffner. “His practical approach and broad defense experience will further strengthen the service we provide to clients facing a wide range of business disputes.”
Shirkhodai’s practice focuses primarily on representing automotive manufacturers and distributors in general liability matters and commercial disputes. He also has experience defending businesses in employment-related matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour class and PAGA disputes.
Earning his J.D. from Loyola Marymount University Law School, Shirkhodai was active in student organizations and volunteered with the Employment Rights Clinic. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
