Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Diana A. Roth has joined the Naples office as an Associate in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates and Litigation Practice Areas. Roth began working with Hahn Loeser in 2024 as a summer associate and was recently admitted to practice law in Florida.
“Diana was a very valuable summer associate and we are extremely excited to have her back,” remarked Naples Partner-in-Charge Allison B. Christensen. “She will continue to expand her knowledge base and experience which will allow us to provide sophisticated and creative counsel to our clients to address their wide spectrum of needs.”
Maintaining a focus on Trusts and Estates, Roth drafts estate planning instruments such as wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney. She has also performed litigation research and drafted accompanying motions.
Roth received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Miami. As an undergraduate, Roth made contributions at various law firms, including several non-profit initiatives. While at the University of Miami School of Law, she was a Staff Editor for the Inter-American Law Review and interned with Miami’s Immigration Clinic, which advocates for individuals with complex immigration proceedings, including asylum-based petitions.
