Hahn Loeser & Parks Fort Myers Welcomes Back Meredith Canter

Hahn Loeser & Parks welcomed Meredith A. Canter back to its Fort Myers office in its Eminent Domain and Litigation Practices. Meredith represents clients in Eminent Domain, Trusts and Estates Litigation, Guardianship Litigation, and Fiduciary Litigation.

Within Eminent Domain, Meredith leverages her knowledge of government and construction regulations to guide clients through proceedings, from the initial acquisition phase through litigation. She has also represented clients with respect to the administration of Guardianship, Probate, and Trusts. Meredith’s experience extends to litigation of inheritance disputes, fiduciary disputes, contested wills and trusts, guardianship disputes, elder exploitation injunctions and lawsuits, and other contested probate matters.

Meredith is involved in cases through all stages of litigation from legal research to drafting agreements, pleadings, motions, and discovery; negotiating settlement agreements; and serving as co-counsel on trial strategy, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Meredith earned her J.D. from the Ave Maria School of Law where she earned a CALI Award and was a member of both the Moot Cout Board and the Women’s Law Association. She received her Bachelor of Science from Campbell University, graduating magna cum laude.
