Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Christina D’Eramo Evans has been elected to be a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a nonprofit association of lawyers skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents. It is their aim to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional responsibility. Its more than 2,700 members are called “Fellows” and practice throughout the United States, Canada and other foreign countries. Lawyers are elected to be Fellows based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities.

Christina Evans, partner with the firm in its Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation Section and a Co-Chair of the firm’s Cleveland office Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation Section, is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Her practice is focused on assisting individuals and families with the transmission of their wealth in a tax advantaged manner that at the same time accomplishes desired intent and preserves and encourages client values. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates and Ohio Super Lawyers for Estate Planning and Probate for the last nine years. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section; has served as a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section Council, the governing body of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, since 1999; and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.
