Hahn Loeser & Parks has an immediate need for a mid-level commercial litigation associate in our Cleveland office with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will want a dynamic, collegial environment, be intellectually curious and hard-working, and seek an excellent platform for professional development. The candidate must have experience with complex commercial litigation, a solid work history, and be admitted to the OH bar or licensed in another state and eligible to waive in.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials (top 25% of law school class), experience with cases in federal court, and being part of a trial or class-action team.  Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting discovery and researching and writing complex and persuasive motions and briefs, and be adaptable to changing client priorities to provide superior client service.  Healthcare litigation experience with payor/provider litigation is preferred, but not required.

This position requires excellent writing, analytical, and research skills, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.  Preferred candidates will have mid to large firm training, clerk experience, or other sophisticated litigation experience.

Columbus - Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate

This position requires excellent writing, analytical, and research skills, a proactive approach to cases regarding strategy and deadlines, strong organizational and prioritization skills.  Preferred candidates will have mid to large firm training, clerk experience, or other sophisticated litigation experience.

Naples - Mid-Level Business Litigation Associate

We have an immediate need for a mid-level business litigation associate in our Naples office with 4-7 years of experience. This position will offer someone who is intellectually curious and hard-working an excellent platform for professional development, providing exposure to multiple industries and specialties under our litigation practice.  The candidate must have experience with commercial litigation, a solid work history, and be admitted to the Florida bar. 

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, and a strong working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rules of Evidence.  Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting discovery, researching and writing complex motions and briefs, arguing substantive motions in court, and taking and defending depositions.  Preferred candidates will have large firm training or other sophisticated litigation experience working on cases from inception to trial.  Fiduciary litigation experience is a plus.

This position requires excellent writing, analytical, and research skills, and a proactive approach to cases regarding strategy and deadlines, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently and exercise exceptional professional judgment.

San Diego – Trusts and Estates Senior Associate/Of Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join the Trusts & Estates group in the San Diego office. Our widely-recognized team is known for handling complex estate plans, trust and estate administrations, and business succession plans customized to meet the needs of our clients across the U.S. and abroad. This individual will work as part of a team in estate planning, tax planning, and related business transactional matters, and should be comfortable with working with attorneys and paralegals across offices when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent research (including tax research) and writing skills, demonstrated experience working with complex, high-net worth clients, and a commitment to client service. We seek someone who has strong communication skills and a high level of initiative and attention to detail. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience. California Bar admission from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
