Shayan Shirkhodai is a litigation attorney in Hahn Loeser’s San Diego office, where he defends national and regional businesses in civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. He supports clients through all stages of litigation.

Shayan primarily represents automotive manufacturers and distributors in general liability matters and commercial disputes. His experience also includes defending a range of businesses in matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour class and PAGA disputes.

Shayan received his J.D. from Loyola Marymount University, Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the ACLU and volunteered at LLS’s Employment Rights Clinic. He also holds a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
