Clients and friends of Hahn Loeser and Parks Construction Consultants gathered at LockKeepers on May 20, for a construction industry update on OSHA’s enforcement activities, agency goals and health and safety developments impacting employers. Sponsored by Foundation Software, the luncheon included insights from Construction Practice Co-Chairs Rob Remington and Aaron Evenchik along with attorneys Christina Hassel, Andrés Gallegos and Shmuel Kleinman. The program addressed OSHA regulations that impose regulatory duties upon owners, on-site employers and contract employers to protect any and all employees on a worksite.
