Michael B. Pascoe is a trial lawyer with experience in a broad scope of commercial litigation representing both individuals and corporations in state and federal court.

Mike is a commercial litigator and has represented clients across the country in a broad range of disputes. His focus is on breach of contract claims, construction disputes, facilities management litigation, and business tort claims. He also has experience practicing before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. In addition, Mike advises clients on contract negotiation, commercial lease negotiations, and construction contracts.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Wittenberg University and his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Order of the Coif. During his time in Law School Mike participated in the Mock Trial team and, in addition to placing first at the Gourley Mock Trial competition he was also awarded best advocate. Mike is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, and before the Northern and Southern District of Ohio.

 Mike lives in Lakewood Ohio with his wife Molly Pascoe. They have two children: Clark and Evelyn.
