Trevor S. Locko

Trevor S. Locko is an associate in the Firm’s San Diego office and is a member of the Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2018 and was honored with the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in the Global Antitrust.

Trevor is experienced in all aspects of complex litigation from inception to trial. Since joining Hahn Loeser, Trevor has second-chaired a three-day bench trial, participated in oral arguments before the Courts, as well as drafted complaints, demurrers, oppositions to demurrers, along with other various motions, including summary judgment and motions relating to discovery disputes.

As a member of the Employment Litigation Group, he assists clients with complex workplace disputes, and guides them through legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from hiring through termination. In this capacity, Trevor has assisted employers in evaluating and resolving a multitude of lawsuits.

Prior to joining the Hahn Loeser, Trevor gained experience regarding shareholder derivative actions brought by a shareholder or group of shareholders for the benefit of a corporation that challenges the breaches of fiduciary duty to shareholders by officers and directors of the corporation. He was also involved in all aspects of complex litigation relating to multi-jurisdictional consumer class actions in federal court, wherein he drafted the operative complaints filed in several states, was intimately involved in the preparation of expert reports, drafted settlement agreements, assisted in drafting motions for class certification and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
