Renata T. Panzica brings over a decade of construction management experience to Hahn Loeser. Rena has worked on a number of complex commercial and healthcare projects from the preconstruction phase through project execution. She has helped to coordinate detailed project planning, scheduling, and budgeting controls for implementing best practices in project management.
Rena works closely with Hahn Loeser’s Team to provide client consultation with strategies and tools to execute project management requirements. She also provides critical analysis of project documentation such as schedules, job costing reports, meeting minutes, and tracking logs to help determine process implementation for risk mitigation.
