Primary Practices

Reed F. Baker represents business owners, individuals and organizations as a member of Hahn Loeser’s Litigation practice area in the Firm’s Fort Myers office. Reed guides clients through a variety of legal issues at all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His experience includes breach of contract, employment issues, shareholder/partnership disputes, real estate disputes, trademark disputes and construction defect cases.

Reed has also been on the prosecution side with experience in litigation claims such as securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and books and records demands. While completing his law degree, Reed served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division.

Personal

Reed played collegiate basketball at the University of Michigan and Florida Gulf Coast University.  He then played professional basketball in Turkey, Thailand and Canada while also organizing camps for underprivileged youth in India, Colombia, Belarus, Panama and Brazil.
