Rashmi Shivnani is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area. Rashmi works on complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial contracts, labor and employment, equipment leases, commercial loans enforcement, real estate, construction, and TCPA disputes. She handles cases at all stages of litigation, including engaging and managing discovery, drafting pleadings, and researching and drafting dispositive motions and briefs.
Rashmi graduated cum laude from University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of International & Comparative Law and an Oralist for the Vis Moot Court Team. She worked with and advised small business clients in the Notre Dame Community Development Clinic. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Terry Hatter in the Central District of California and to the Honorable Damon Leichty of the Northern District of Indiana.
