Nathan D. Scurtu

Nathan Scurtu is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Nathan works closely with clients on estate planning, business succession planning, guardianships, and trust and probate administration.

Nathan also handles complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and construction agreements.

In addition to his estate planning and real estate experience, Nathan has experience in a broad range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, business formation, general corporate compliance and governance, business and commercial transactions and general contract matters.

Nathan is fluent in Romanian.
