Ladan Pavlich is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Columbus office and is a member of the firm’s Business Practice Area, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Ladan began working with Hahn Loeser as a summer associate in both 2023 and 2024, working with data privacy, trademarks, compliance for the Corporate Transparency Act, and stock purchase default agreements.
Her deal work encompasses drafting responses to opposing counsel’s due diligence requests, compiling disclosure schedules, and assisting clients in transaction negotiations. Her intellectual property work involves drafting privacy policies under the various state data privacy acts, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DIPA) for location tracking, targeted advertising, and use of automated tools; and researching niche trademark issues under federal and common law. Ladan has also provided guidance to nonprofit and for-profit boards of directors.
With a strong interest in data privacy and AI, Ladan served as a research assistant for the Program on Data and Governance in Columbus where she researched AI ethics and new regulations regarding data privacy and its implications.
Prior to law school, Ladan worked in Macy’s Executive Development Program. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as chief online editor for the Journal on Dispute Resolution and received a CALI award for her work in the law school’s Immigration Clinic. Ladan graduated magna cum laude from New York University.

Ladan grew up in Stow, Ohio and lives in Columbus with her husband. Ladan enjoys spending time with her pets, trying new restaurants, and going on hikes.
