Kenneth J. Erickson is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Fort Myers office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, where he works on complex commercial litigation disputes. He handles cases throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions.
Kenneth graduated cum laude from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit, where he successfully tried and prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases.
