John Paul Bratcher focuses his legal practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, business law, and fiduciary litigation. He has extensive experience in all areas of estate and gift tax planning from client development and intake through drafting, implementation and administration. John Paul also has assisted clients with business law and business succession planning including representation of clients in sales and various other matters involving their businesses. He also provides expertise in the areas of estate, trust and fiduciary litigation as well as and judicial modification and settlement of trusts.
