Jack Mills uses innovative solutions to get focused results. His experience with both transactional and litigation matters enables him to provide valuable insight when working with clients on their real estate, construction, and business law issues.
Jack represents developers, owners, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers in all aspects of construction and real estate law, including negotiating and drafting construction contracts, managing project-specific risks, and preserving, pursuing, and defending claims in connection with public and private improvement projects. He has significant experience with government zoning/land use, property tax issues, financing, land development, and preparing and negotiating leases, purchase agreements and other land contracts.
Jack also advises companies on a broad array of corporate matters, including buy/sell agreements, mergers/acquisitions, asset purchases, vendor/vendee relationships, legal trends, best practices, new business initiatives, and other company issues.
Jack handles complex real estate, construction, and business disputes in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration.
