Demari Muff represents large and small businesses in commercial contract disputes, construction claims and other challenges that may lead to litigation. Demari focuses his practice on construction and real estate litigation along with a variety of business and commercial litigation.

Demari has experience in matters related to breach of contract, easements, ownership and conditions of buildings. He has assisted in resolving disputes and representing clients in American Arbitration Association hearings involving a construction compliance issue relating to an Environmental Protection Agency consent decree and an emissions control system.

Following law school, Demari began his career as a Housing Associate with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, representing tenants facing evictions. He also served as a member of the Lead Safe Housing Board.

A Northeast Ohio native, Demari received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of Order of Barristers, Vice Chair of the Ault Mock Trial Team, and a member of the Black Law Student Association Mock Trial Team.

Personal

Demari lives in Shaker Heights with his dog Whiskey, a Hungarian Vizsla. He is an avid runner and can be found around different parts of Cleveland training for his next marathon.
