Hahn Loeser & Parks has an immediate need for a mid-level commercial litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience for our Cleveland office who wants to become immersed in, and be trained by, our nationally-ranked construction law team of attorneys and construction professionals. Construction experience is not required, but candidates must have an interest in focusing on construction law and related litigation, in addition to working on non-construction commercial litigation matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Three to five years of complex commercial litigation experience in state and federal court, including conducting and managing discovery, and researching and writing persuasive motions and briefs
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ohio Bar admission (in good standing), or admission in another state with eligibility to waive into Ohio
Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be dependable, a quick study, and motivated. A commitment to superior client service and working collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals in other offices is required.
