About the Role (Hybrid)
Hahn Loeser & Parks seeks litigation associates with 3 to 8 years of business litigation experience for the San Diego office. Attorneys should have defense-side commercial experience (business litigation, probate or fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, class actions, etc.) in California state and federal courts, preferably with a mid-to-large size law firm.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent research, analytical, and brief writing skills
- Experience handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes, is needed
- Must be comfortable with juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- CA bar admission is required (no exception)
The expected salary range for this position is $180,000-$230,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. If your salary expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
