Jack P. Mills has joined Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP as an associate in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Mills is a member of the Business Practice Area, focusing on commercial real estate transactions and general corporate law. Mills counsels clients ranging from small, growing companies to established corporations on matters relating to commercial deals, such as buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and vendor/vendee relationships.
Mills has significant experience managing, preparing and overseeing retail and commercial leases, commercial and residential development agreements, construction contracts and projects, financing, tax appeals, foreclosed properties, and city planning and zoning.
He comes to Hahn Loeser from Wegman, Hessler & Vanderburg LPA, where he served as an associate in the Corporate and Business Services and Real Estate practice areas for the past four years. He also spent time at Wargo & Wargo Co. LPA, Douglass & Associates and served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Dan Aaron Polster of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
A 2017 Rising Star® from Ohio Super Lawyers®, Mills earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.S. in economics and finance from Miami University.
