Allison B. Christensen was the speaker at the Trial Law Luncheon given to the Trial Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association on Florida’s Right to Try Act. The presentation included an examination of federal legislation, including the Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, which relates to a terminally-ill patient’s right to access experimental drugs and treatments, and the resulting states’ efforts to circumvent the federal law.

Allison B. Christensen concentrates her practice in litigation. She provides clients with strategic counseling, and legal advice on a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, real estate and construction contracts, business transactions, business torts, business disputes, will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, guardianship litigation and appeals.
